Helps for Realtors
Our Association is intent on helping visiting realtors and clients explore the facets of our community. We hope to enhance the viewing experience by answering any questions you may have, or helping you make arrangements for an open house or caravan. The facts below should provide answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
- Complimentary parking is available in our fourteen guest parking spaces (labeled A-C and G-Q). The 15 minute (resident only-labeled D, E, & F) and staff parking spaces are not available. For an open house or caravan a resident’s unit may utilize three guest parking spaces. Additional guests will need to park in the adjacent paid lot or on a nearby street.
- Please stop at the front desk and let the concierge know if your vehicle is parked in our guest parking and register your vehicle (make, color, and letter of the space you are parked in).
- Open houses may be scheduled through the property manager. Advertising and balloons may be displayed in front of our building near the landscaped area on the day of the open house.
- Please show the concierge your business card and let them know which unit you desire to visit and if you need a lock box.
- We are glad to direct you to areas your client may be interested in such as City Club Room, Fitness Room, Parking Decks, Pool and Deck Areas, Guest Suites, Storage Rooms on each floor, Additional Paid Storage Cages, Bike Storage, Building Security System, etc.
- We rent only 15 percent of our units (17 units) at any time. Leases are between tenant and owner. Most rental units can be made available for viewing through the property manager.
