805 Peachtree's architecture is unlike any other residence in Atlanta. An international combination of Bauhaus and Miami Beach inspired art deco, both the building's exterior and interior was recreated by Stang & Newdow, one of Atlanta's most innovative and creative architecture/design firms. A fortress like exterior yields to a high- energy interior with curved and angled walls and inventive use of space. Thirty different floor plans in stack architecture account for only one version per floor. With covered parking access in the back of the building and street level retail at its front, 805 Peachtree is well in accordance with the guidelines of the BluePrint Midtown, the Midtown Alliance's master plan for a pedestrian friendly live, work, play urban neighborhood.
